Nancy says that she's seeing more  female directed and produced films in Nashville today than ever before and although most are in the documentary genre, there's positive change and signs of hope that more women will make it to the top of the entertainment and music industries.We're going to talk about trends in the music and entertainment industry and how women have opportunities to lead the way.

Nancy says, "Women need to learn how to lead the industry. I was inspired by an article about the upcoming Canne Film Festival that stated for the first time the opening film festival movie was female-directed. I was really shocked that it's 2015 and this was the first time ever a women directed the Festival opening film.
