Jose is a  political theorist who has concentrated on urban political economy, American politics and the nature of power, Sánchez is a respected authority on Puerto Rican and Latino politics. He has published widely in those fields and is author of the book “Boricua Power several others.

Manny Roman is an adjunct Professor of business at Florida International University and the Head of Corporate Development for Latin America for a multi-national insurance firm. He has helped dozens of political campaigns at the local, state, and national level.
