Republicans and Democrats cut loop holes for the poor not the rich

Not one Republican invited to the bill signing of the Farm bill showed up.  The White House released a report.. farm income is expected to total $131 billion in 2013, a 46% increase since 2008.  The 8.6 billion cut to snap closes a loop hole 15 states used called "heat and eat." Some households recieved credit for heating bills they did not pay, thus increasing the amount of food stamps recipients recieved.  It was a legal loop hole that this farm bill fixed.  Because of the expiration of the increase in Nov 2013 and this current deduction a family of three in these 15 states will recieve approx. $119. less each month.  Farm income is increasing while.....
