Years ago people with physical and/or mental disabilities were outcasts.  They were made fun of by children and discriminated against by adults.  Throughout history they were often abused and tortured.  Even put in dungeons and chained.  Much has changed and much has stayed the same...  Only more subtle and hidden.  Let's talk about these special people.  Our guest will be Amy Rumelt a former principal of a school for the disabled.  She is also a former classmate from Junior High School.
