The Sacral Chakra or second chakra deals with creativity and sexuality. When this chakra is functional one experiences a burst of creativity. Our sex life becomes healthy and uplifting. Yes sex is important. When the sacral chakra is not operating effectively, we have issues with our sexual organs, prostate, large intestines, hips and bladder.
