Whats Beef?!! Next Saturday on "The Stoop"

What is Beef when it comes too Hip Hop? Who determines who won the Beef? This is what we will be talking about next Saturday on "The Stoop". What is the proper criteria (if Any) for a dis song? Is a dis track always directed at an artist? Recently i've been going through and listening too a lot of old battle songs and watching the Beef Videos on DVD and i have too say that not every artist that they considered the winner actually won when using the proper dis track scale: 1.You need too be clear at who your dissing (5-points), 2. Dealing with and use FACTS about an artist creates damage (10-points), 3. Making sure thes FACTS are accurate is a must for proper dis rating,if not thats a (minus 10 points), 4.Using the other artist track is worth (5-points), 5.
