Meet Angel Brown, founder of QBC. Queer Black CinemaTM (QBC), New York's first and Only Black LGBTQ Monthly micro-cinema and Annual film festival is dedicated to promoting Black LGBTQ filmmakers and ALL people of color Artist. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of their sexual orientation, gender, or race. We aim to enlighten, entertain and educated through our niche programming.
