Our intentions are pure...

This is an invitation to take a few moments for you. A simple pause for breath, meditation and renewal ~ embracing happiness in the ebb and flow of life...

Welcome Pavitra Ciarvardone...

Happiness is more than simply positive emotions, it is a component of wellbeing.  According to Positive Psychology leader Dr. Martin Seligman in his most recent book, Flourish, wellbeing is a result of positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and accomplishment.  What enables us to flourish and lead a fulfilling life?  What is it for you personally?  Pause to take this in and reflect on the interaction of these components noticing awareness of ourselves and the energy moving through us with each passing breath. From the place of pause and stillness we gain clarity, focus and resiliency to cultivate garden of happiness in our lives. This morning we are blessed to share in a guided meditation led by Pausitive Living founder, coach, trainer, healer and Voices of Grace leader Pavitra.  Join us for a very special pause on purpose...

This is a gentle reminder to slow down and pause...be still for a moment. Connect to your spirit for guidance, light and love.  Through a sacred space of divine interruptions we nurture our soul, clear our mind, and nourish our body... honoring our self-care needs and renewing our spirit.  This show features a beautiful centering experience offered to gently create awareness and connection to the abundant grace present in our lives.  In this beautiful space of stillness and guided meditation, we honor ouselves and the movement of grace. Enjoy a morning meditation... cultivate a practice of peace.
