Republicans Are Not and Cannot Be The Solution

It is generally accepted that the Republican party will be involved in rescuing the country and restoring its founding principles.   In this program I'll reveal the reason why that is impossible.  Seeing the Republican Party as a central player is one of the two things that are part of the conventional wisdom accepted by virtually everybody.  Even people who don't believe in the party anymore somehow see it as being involved in the solution, going forward.  The other thing is the role of the public sphere (pop culture / education / general media).  It is widely held that conservative economic values and objectivist values must somehow go "mainstream".
