The real estate market has heated up considerably, with lots of buyers trying to take advantage of the First Time Homebuyer’s credit, and what I have called the “Repeat Offender’s” credit. Apr. 30th is the deadline for having an accepted contract on a property in order to qualify for either credit, and buyers will have to close on their new homes by June 30th.
