Pastor Steven C. Briggs' Bio:

I have been in ministry since age sixteen and served throughout my young adult life. I am currently a member of the Global Empowerment Network, a ministry of global evangelism that trains and equips ministers and ministries for global impact. Bishop Dr. Clifton R. Clarke, Ph.D. is our Chief Apostolic Servant. Lady Dr. Marcia Clarke, Ph.D. and Apostle Dr. Nadie DuBose, Ph.D. serve as administrative assistants to the Bishop.

I am a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. I retired from the City of Newburgh Fire Department after undergoing multiple knee surgeries. I hold a Bachelor of Theology and Master of Theology degree from Newburgh Bible Institute. I have been conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Ministry degree from Newburgh Bible Institute Board of Governors and Bishop Dr. Coleman Briggs, B.S., M.Th, D.D., D.Litt, Dean. I have successfully completed course study and received certification from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County (UMBC) for Crisis Intervention Stress Management and Pastoral Crisis Intervention Counseling. As a transfer student in Ministerial Leadership from Bethel College in Hampton, Virginia, my studies will continue at an undetermined college or university. I am a member of the Board of Directors at Nyame Bekyere (Bech-aye) Christian School in the Village at Ghana, W. Africa.

I have established works or have served ministry influentially in Jerusalem, Israel (Migdal Ohr); Faisalabad, Pakistan; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Paris, France; Cologne, Germany; Ghana, W. Africa; Tanzania, Africa (Christ for All Nations); Nigeria, Africa; E. Kenya, Africa (Nairobi-Kibera Slums); Seoul, South Korea; Baghdad, Iraq; Delhi, India (Christ for India); Kingston, Jamaica; Jakarta, Indonesia; Maputo, Mozambique; Mombasa, Africa; Hong Kong; and throughout the United States.
