Cholesterol, an essential lipid, has a plurality of duties within the human body and is a fundamental root cause of many health problems. The inability of the human to handle the modern-day diet is an incredible offender but do is heredity, toxicity, pollination, allergies and modern medicines.

Cholesterol is actually a protein needed by every cell of the body to support structural integrity, metabolic function AND MUSCLE STRENGTH. When cholesterol goes awry so does digestion, cellular and vascular health, reproduction strength and the metabolism of incoming resources. Cholesterol is a precursor for hormones, bile salts and Vitamin D.

So you can see the importance of cholesterol for the continuation of optimal health and our very existence on this planet.
