I had a birthday this week. 43.
Even if I could, there’s not a single age that I want to go back to….not 39, not 29 and definitely not 19.
At each birthday, I usually take some time to reflect back on the year that has passed. And this past year has been a big one - especially for love in my life and in mycoaching practice.
We will spend some time reflecting on the last year of our lives - as it relates to love and life. We will also spend some time discussing how to think about what's ahead for the coming year for each of us.
It is my belief that each year, each day, in each moment we get another chance to learn, to grow, to stretch, to accept, to forgive, to become, to live and to Love. And to Love is all we’re really here to do.
