How to Release Heartbreak with EFT

    in Self Help

“If you want the whole thing, the gods will give it to you. But you must be ready for it.”
    —Joseph Campbell

All stages of manifesting are necessary and important, but this one of letting go and releasing past attachments seems to be the one people think they can skip. It’s painful. Fortunately you now have EFT as a tool to release and move quickly through the painful parts.

Why is this necessary? You can’t rise to a love in the future if you are carrying the weight of the past within you. Past attachments make you like a balloon tied to the ground; you’re not free to soar, not free to manifest your SoulMate. Author Jeff Brown refers to the burden of past attachments as “the power of then.” You can’t go forward if you are looking backward.

Join the Elite SoulMate Coach, Dr. Annette Vaillancourt, as she discusses the why's and how's of using EFT to release the pain of heartbreak and break through to new love.

A mother’s story of heartbreak and hope.

    in Motivation

Counselor Mandy Eppley speaks with former talk show host and mother of 5, Kim Jacobs, about the heartbreak of losing a child as well as the hope and gifts that have come from this tragic loss. Kim sees her son as being an angel on “loan” to her for his 12 years of life. Their family has created The Gabe’s Heart Foundation and are holding a 5K Walk to raise awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, as well as raising funds to be donated to local charities…all in honor of their son Gabriel Michael Jacobs. Kim’s message to all parents to have an ultrasound taken of your child’s heart. This simple procedure can detect the abnormality that Gabe had and, in most cases, can be corrected with surgery. Mandy ties these amazing acts of service into Step 6 of the 7 Steps of Grief & Hope and they talk about how giving back is one of the most transformative things to do to heal on our grief journey.

Kimberly D. Jacobs is a nationally acclaimed expert on life balance. The former talk show host and mother of 5 has spoken to groups ranging from corporate organizations to churches, rallying them to seek balance daily and to live more fully. Recently, she and her family faced their own trial through transition when her 12 year old son died of Sudden Cardiac Arrest. While she motivates others to find the strength to move forward and defy the odds, Kim finds herself now having to take her own advice. Her message, “How to Win after Losing,” encompasses the ups and downs of loss.

They have created The Gabe’s Heart Foundation and are holding a 5K Walk on November 21, 2015 in Concord, NC. To register or donate visit www.gabesheart.org. All proceeds will be distributed to local charities and nursing homes during “Gabe’s Random Acts of Kindness Week.”

Love Can I Live Truly Without It?

    in Self Help

Love seems to be the only four letter word that has the power to both heal and harm. Now I've heard it said that "Love don't hurt ". That's not exactly true. Love has many levels and applications. And people that never love don't get hurt, but they're not living either. How we walk that fine line between total bitch and utter doormat?

Identify what you're looking for in a relationship

    Have boundaries not walls

    Drop the fairytale

    Embrace heartbreak

Define what love is to you and check that against reality

    Know your worth

    LOVE IS NOT SE

    Love how you look

Tell the media to fuck off
