Today's guest is Ina Denburg. Ina is a Food Coach and Wellness Educator, who has lived and worked on the path of health and wellness for 30 years as: a Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, Stress Reduction Instructor, organic vegetable gardener and nationally certified Life Coach.
She’s also a wife and mother of two grown daughters, and is familiar grappling with the challenges of creating a family lifestyle for wellness, how to find personal time for self-care, and how to navigate the floodtide of our consumerist junk culture.
Ina is the Health & Wellness writer for GoodFoodWorld.com and Co-Author of The Diamond Diet - a multifaceted path to weight-loss, health and wellness. She’s been an avid whole foods cook for decades, and runs seasonal Meatless Monday dinner/classes from her kitchen in NJ. Ina also works with students and adults to improve their relationship to food and their body through Mindful Eating programs she brings to schools, city garden programs, and through group workshops.
