Almost every documented early church beginning in America has Freemasonry behind it with dispensation now the mainstream teaching. Members who started theses churches were themselves Freemasons and received monies from Zaniest. The denominations were all established by the Masonic order and some churches started right out of the Halls used by the Masons.  How can this be and what is going on? Does it come from the Kabbala?
