Work can become your identity, if you let it. Most of us from our earliest days we are taught to have a strong work ethic (or not). It is no wonder that we view our identify with what we do for a living.  The majority of our life is spent working to make a life, often spending 8 to 10 to 12 hours a day with co-workers.  The truth is that we spend more time collectively with our employers than we do with our own families.  It is very typical that we we are seperated from from the work we do because of retirement, injury, illness, termination, or family obligation, we struggle with our identity.

Join us as we explore questions and answers that can help you become more mindful of your truest identity.
