The real estate ball is still deep within Sellers Territory

The real estate industry could take a lesson or two from sports teams. Those teams, players and industries making hundreds of millions of dollars a year have something that most Realtors and their brokerages don't. They have charisma. People don't mind spending all of their hard earned money watching sports, and cheering for their teams as if they are getting paid.

However, Realtors, Sales people in general, they have nothing like that.
