Right Person, Wrong Time!

How many times have you met someone and in that moment they are everything you need and want however you may have and obstacle in the way. Something blocking the formation of a relationship with that person; from a current relationship, your job, or your faith/religion, etc. Could it have been the fact when they were single you were not or vice versa. Could it be location and by that I mean; you live in ohio and now their job is relocating them to north carolina...... Is is possile to meet the right person at the wrong time and if so what do you do about it?
