Originally in the rooms on a court card in my early 20's I quickly came to the conclusion AA was not for me. I was too young & felt I still had a lot of "living" to do. After a family intervention a dozen years later however I found myself saying those words, "My name's Dean & I'm an alcoholic." When I heard people talk about achieving dreams beyond your wildest imagination I thought to myself, "I've got a pretty wild imagination." I had no idea, however, of the life that waited for me ahead.
