Women in Leadership (Part I)

Many men and women are at a place of misunderstanding and confusion about women in leadership positions within the Church of God. Does God allow women to lead and be in an authoritative position over men? Is it just that women are so into power and position that they have stepped into the "Jezebel" spirit and are allowing a demonic force to control their actions? Is it that men are so afraid of women being in some form of control that they aren't willing to allow them opportunity to exercise
