The purpose of this show is to educate people who are struggling with weight loss and overall fitness. You do not need people to work out with. You do not need 2 available hours a day to achieve your goal. Only you can set your goal, no one or nothing else can. All you need is you. If YOU want to change YOU, then YOU can make it happen. People often quit exercising because they set their goals too high not realizing the commitment it takes to achieve that level of success. Throughout today's episode, I will show you how to set your goals, implement programs to achieve them, and ultimately, to maintain them.
