Keepin' it ' Real, Hot & Fresh

Just when you were hoping nothing would top the Columbine shooting another horrific shooting in the classroom has taken place ,but this time in an elementary school. What sickness erupts in the mind of a person to take the lives of innocent 10 year olds and younger? Is the school system safe for kids?..... Also is USA doing enough to help its own people or is it doing too much to help other countries?
