Why So Serious in the Black Community. Blacks in prison, blacks on trial, blacks hating on one another. What will it take for the black race to pull together?...In the black community many artists and athletes incomes are usually exposed where as the caucasian community revenue isn't publicized...In most cities the east and south parts are usually where the poor and crime resides, but why does it usually contain hispanic and blacks?
