A case for Astrology

In this session of Revolutinary Life, we ask, Why has the study of the stars presisted century after century. What is the benefit of watch, mapping, charting, following the movements and arrangement of heavenly bodies?  What effect does it have on or in, our daily lives, if any? Is it just supertition? Is it an agricultural society's tools for timing their planting, havesting, etc? Is it an essential part of life on Earth? Let's deal with that and lie this question to rest.
