Slavery, The roots of W. European & U.S. Economic decline

The presentation will place the problem of economic decline in the U.S. and Western European nations, to their source: a history and culture of slavery, War and conquest.  A struggle between returning to what it took to build these nations as a way to recovery versus, giving up the old paradigm of nation-building for recovery based on a new paradigm that doesn't include oppression of others.
