If you have spent years avoiding them or “stuffing” these emotions, then, they stick to our minds like glue. Many people readdress this mentally, as if a movie is playing, and we are stuck with the outcome. Often this makes us use angry just like a substance, by falling back in to an angry state of mind, can produce a range of poor choices, the biggest being getting so upset that you return to using.
