Fannie & Freddie: What congress wants to do

So much on the plate for today! First we will discuss a newly proposed bill to revamp government involvement in mortgages called "Housing Finance Reform Act of 2011".  Do you want more or less government involved in the mortgage industry? The bills being proposed right now will determine exactly that! 

 Next, we will talk about some of changes coming to Jumbo loans and what that means for buyers. Is this good or bad? Will the market just dry up for higher priced loans?
