Guy served as a Nuclear Engineering Officer on a US Navy Submarine and he worked in leadership positions in business.

Guy has degrees in Chemical Engineering. He is a Master Trainer and Coach in the DISC Model of Human Behavior and a Workplace Conflict Resolution expert.
