The Garden of You; Time to SPRING forward!

Spring is here and it's time to move forward!  With every season comes change and spring definitely brings to mind a time to "clean house".  The "spring cleaning" we are referring to today is the cleaning of the individual in "The Garden of You".

Throughout the winter months we internalize a lot of things and seem to carry on some extra baggage.  While this was great at that time for a chance of reflection- Spring is about shedding what no longer serves us.  This could be expressed as heaviness, uncertainty, mediocre thinking, limited actions, etc.

Today we would like to discuss a great opportunity to do some internal spring cleaning that will bring more self-awareness in growing oneself to truly blossom to your fullest potential.
