Re-Imagining Long Beach: Community Voices and Matters on the Mind

The ArtExchange's Executive Director, Alex Slato, will be our guest to speak about an upcoming fundraiser for the planned facility at Third and Long Beach Blvd. Also, reaction to scheduled City Council Action tomorrow, Tuesday, to confirm the formation of Mayor's Blue Ribbon Committee on Arts Funding. And last, on this one hour special edition, a preview of Create Long Beach, an action plan for the arts and culture in the city. The document is scheduled to be presented to the Arts Council next Monday, July 12, for its approval.
