Deadly Force

An officer involved shooting is always news, what happened, was it justified, why didn't they just shoot him in the leg? As a former police officer and sheriff's deputy I have heard these questions many times and this week's episode of Rap Sessions Radio will try and answer some of them. There have been three officer involved shootings here in Tulsa in the last month resulting in two deaths, an incident in Ohio where over 100 rounds were fired at a Black couple in their vehicle, and numerous others that did not make the national news.
