When we talk about states rights, we are really talking about the rights of self-government. From the decision on how old a person is to drive without an accompanying adult to how to how we determine education eligability.
In the last few years the rights of the states, that is the rights of the people to self-govern without interference from the Federal Government has been trampled upon.
With the election of Nov 7, 2012, the majority of the people of these United States have taken a step towards centralized government. This was feared by our founding fathers and the US Constitution placed roadblocks to such an event, now many states have begun the process of standing up to stand on their own.
Join me and lets talk about the little things that mean a lot.
