Why do you wait so late?

Often times we are told, that if you wait, good things will happen.

In the working world waiting can work to you as a disadvantage.

Waiting to submit deadlines, waiting to give discplinary actions, waiting to seek out for help when you need it.Waiting in the working world is not a good thing. The sooner you address the issue the better you can get a handle on it. "Nip it in the bud in the begining so you dont have to cut it down in the end"....
