Lean Six Sigma Deployment Infrastructure and Models

Steven Bonacorsi, Deployment Leader and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt-Xonitek Corporation, will discuss the various Lean Six Sigma deployment infrastructures and models both in the private and public sectors. Steven will discuss differences across various countries, and various models including pilots, full deployments, Tsunami, Kaizen, integration into existing programs such as a PMO (Project Management Office), ISO, or integrations of programs such as Lean, theory of constraints (TOC), ITIL, etc… Steven will share some of the best practice lessons learned and deployment traps that have faced others in their deployments and models.
