As a husband (19 years) & father of two,  I can honestly say I wish there was an environment or organization that focused on Personal & Professional development & Leadership development when I first became a father and husband.  Often times, men are expected to simply lead when the truth of the matter is no one has shown them how. And more often than not, Personal & Professional development is just a term that is not practiced or manifested.
