Born in Topeka, KS on April 1, 1985, Alecia Lee Hightower, a current resident of Sacramento, CA, is a military veteran whose 4-year enlistment in the United States Army has molded her into the strong African-American woman that she is today.  
 
Miss Hightower lives by the motto that if you can dream it, you can do it. She has always believed that good things happen to good people, and with her positive attitude and good heart, there's absolutely nothing that will stop Miss Hightower from accomplishing her dreams.
