Who MUST invest in Africa, Haiti, Jamaica, etc.?

For too long, others have pillaged and plundered the wealth of Africa and other countries in the African Diaspora. They have done so on the backs of us the people of Africa and become wealthy, whilst poverty continues to rise in these nations of our brothers and sisters.

It is high time, that WE the people from these lands begin to invest in OUR lands, for if we do we will begin to take a foothold in Global Economics. This will also bring about the security of our nations and people, so that our resources will TRULY BELONG TO US.
