Buddy A-namtaysay is chief of the Cherokee Tribal Council of Illinois.

As a Special Forces Green Beret who led a group of other secret warriors, he served in Laos as a U.S. Army/CIA operative in The "Secret War" in Laos during the 1970s under the command of Capt.
