Desert AIDS Project Unites Community with Desert AIDS Walk 2015

People from all "walks" of life come together each year for Desert AIDS Walk benefiting Desert AIDS Project.  In this episode, Nicholas Snow brings you inspiring coverage of the 2015 event, featuirng DAP CEO David Brinkman, Chair of the DAP Board Barbara Keller, Congressman Raul Ruiz, Desert Regional Medical Center CEO Carolyn Caldwell, singer David Hernandez, co-emcees Bella da Ball and Shann Carr, surprise walkers, the Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus, and more.

This year, Nicholas was team captain for Eight4Nine Restaurant and Lounge (join this team for 2016), participating for the first time since opening late last summer.  All teams and indiviudal members raised over $300,000 at the 2015 event on October 17th - empowering DAP to continue serving the clients of with an unparalleled range of services including medical and dental care, medications, food, housing, transportation assistance, mental health counseling, and a Community Center with a variety of educational and social activities, including skills-for-living and back-to-work training.
