Arizona: Enforcing Federal Immigration Law According to its Original Intent

Judge Bolton has concluded that parts of Arizona's law contradicts federal law. That's quite a stretch! Lawyers for Governor Jan Brewer and Arizona have asked the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals to lift the injunction and requested that their appeal be handled quickly. But what should Arizona do in the meantime? And what should Arizona do if the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) rules against Arizona in favor of the DOJ?
