Judge Bolton has concluded that parts of Arizona's law contradicts federal law. That's quite a stretch! Lawyers for Governor Jan Brewer and Arizona have asked the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals to lift the injunction and requested that their appeal be handled quickly.
