Jim Tate on Meaningful Use Audits

Jim Tate, President of EMR Advocate and Leading Expert on the CMS EHR Incentive program will join us to talk about the CMS Meaningful Use (MU) audit and appeal process. His unique combination of skills has brought successful outcomes to hospitals at risk of having their CMS EHR incentives recouped. 

He has a history of writing and presenting on the topic of Meaningful USe audits and appeals since this critical threat first emerged in 2012. He speaks to both hospital and physician groups interested in understanding the process and their ability to be prepared should an audit occur.
