Dear 2012:

Thank you for being a part of the company. Your contributions to the progress of my organization are unprecedented.

However, due to conflicts of interest, we will be unable to continue our relationship.

Please understand that this is not a reflection on  your efforts or work product. As time progresses, relationships evolve and we must evolve with it.

Consider this a chance to reflect on the progress we made together this past year, and use this as an opportunity to grow.

These moments only happen once, we will never meet again
