Steve Housden, COO of Xenon Pictures and producer of such titles as “Welcome to Death Row”, “Mahalia Jackson: The Power & The Glory” and “The Legend of Dolemite” available for phone interviews. He was also instrumental in the creation and development of “Straight Outta Compton”. Having been involved in blaxploitation movies for 22 years, and having much to do with Rudy Ray Moore, Housden will talk about the genre and these new releases. He will also fill us in on Netflix’s “My Name is Dolemite” film, starring Eddie Murphy as Moore.
