Los Angeles, CA, – Singer-songwriter Jonathan Cavier Has announced his third solo album, Blue Room Remix, which will be released on December 1, 2017 via iTunes and all major digital outlets.This new take on the songs from Cavier’s latest album Blue Room features all-new mixes by renowned engineer Nico Essig (Katy Perry, Paul McCartney, Goo Goo Dolls) in addition to being fully re-mastered with Cavier at Capitol Studios in Hollywood, CA. Vocals throughout the album are reworked from their earlier versions, and the new production results in a warm, full, and rich sound that echoes the multidimensionality of Cavier’s songwriting.
Blue Room Remix also features two previously-unreleased tracks. The first,“Thank You Letter,” features Cavier exploring a harder-rocking groove than listeners are accustomed to from the singer while keeping several key elements of Cavier’s sound, including his 12-string acoustic guitar. The other new song “Everything in Our Dreams” sees Cavier adding new, atmospheric synths and percussion while remaining true to his core retro-yet-current sound.
