About the Episode:

For those of us who work in clinical trials, we know all too well that the majority of sites don't hit recruitment targets, resulting in costly delays and burnout from sites and patients.

Tegan Mead and Julie Mansson, both at Javara, describe how they are applying data and technology to identify the right fit and make sure that sites are set up for success, advising sponsors on making trials less burdensome for patients, and keeping physicians in the loop on trials for their patients, to make clinical trials more successful in more places, for the benefit of patients.

Tegan Mead began her career in clinical research in 2014, working as a Clinical Operations Manager at PMG Research.
