Complaints against Uverse Att service

Last night my telephone service dropped during the show because of AT&T Uverse service.Because it had not posted my payment to my account.I did some research and found hundreds of complaints against Uverse customer service.I am also concerned about my internet connection.

This is the second time this has happened to me,after I paid my bill.If you or anyone you know has problems with AT&T or Uverse,I would like to create a sounding board on my show.

If you don't have a problem with AT&T then don't call my show.I saw hundreds of complaints from customers,and I want to reach out to them.Plus,I want your recommendation on a better, least expensive service.

Also,regular topics are on the table.So call in and the chat is open.We have thunderstorms in Memphis,so I'm playing it by ear.
