"The Brainwashing of my Dad." (No, not MY Dad.) Jen Senko's father used to be the sweetest guy in the world, never had a bad word to say about anyone . . . until he started watching a steady diet of Fox News and right-wing talk radio. When she asked, "what happened to my Dad?" she soon discovered thousands of other people who had lost family relationships to the same toxicity. They too were asking, "what happened?" Jen found the answer went all the way back to Nixon's awkward performance at the Kennedy-Nixon debate in 1960! In her new documentary film, "The Brainwashing of my Dad," Ms. Senko tracks the development of right-wing media and its insidious language.
