Alarming, disappointing, confusing… TOP American US Congressional leaders standing IN FAVOR OF sanctioned and lawless “school corporal punishment” include: Mr. George Miller, Dept of Education and Labor Chairman US Speaker of the Nancy Pelosi, US Speaker Of The House of Representatives Jesse Jackson Jr., Illinois Congressional Leader If the bill, “Ending School Corporal Punishment Act,” HR 5628 fails to pass by mid October 2010, little opportunity thereafter, for it to pass to the Senate between the “changing of the guard” November elections and the winter holiday season will be granted. By January 2011 the bill is scheduled to expire. Primarily Black and Brown American school children and those having special needs are becoming America’s new population of “chattel.” One of Mr. Miller’s primary goals as Chairman is to improve the conditions of “Middle Class” America.
