The horrible attack by a student upon his own school last week at a Community College in Oregon joined the ranks of the growing frequency of mass shootings in this country over the last several years.  Today we have learned that 4 students in Northern California have been arrested for plotting a similar plan for their own high school. President Obama has had to address the nation on the issues of mass shootings and gun violence more than any other president before and yet the NRA and gun lobby continue to insist that the problem can only be solved with even more guns!
